| Where: | Centrally located, 10 mins drive to Perth city centre, 25 mins to Fremantle, 30 mins to wine growing area of Swan Valley. |
| When: | We are both retired and have flexibility in when we travel. We're happy to consider winter in the northern hemisphere - or any time at all really. |

| Description: | Modern air-conditioned home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony and open deck with bbq etc upstairs and an extra toilet downstairs. A study has a computer and broadband internet access. The small garden area is reticulated. Appliances include washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD, VCR, CD player. |
